The same judge who ruled in favor of the New Jeans Mama’s injunction in April will decide whether Min Hee-jin’s new injunction is even valid. HYBE presented a bulletproof legal case that not only is Min Hee-jin out of her mind, there is ample evidence that she planned an illegal takeover, damaged ADOR’s brand value, adulterated a workplace abuse investigation and cannot force them to make her CEO.
